Recognize it by the permanent 'smile,' sleek grey body, and lighter belly. Highly intelligent and social — often approaches dive boats and snorkelers.
Encounter usually from a boat or during surface intervals — pods may bow-ride or circle divers, sometimes clicking and vocalizing audibly.
