MDS My Diving School

MDS My Diving School runs from premises 150 metres from the beach at Cala Serena, a sheltered cove at the southern edge of the Cala d'Or resort cluster on SE Mallorca. Boats depart directly from the school twice daily — at 09:30 and 13:30 — on a Monday to Saturday schedule that continues throughout the year. The school holds SSI Diamond Center status and is the primary diving operation serving the German-speaking visitor community at Cala d'Or.

Twenty-plus sites make up the operating range. The house reef at Parque Mar, directly accessible from school, holds schools of barracuda and serves as the base for refresher dives and independent house reef sessions. Boat sites extend to an Ancient Galley Wreck at 31 m, an underwater archway at 11-20 m where air bubbles play against the ceiling, reef walls with morays, groupers, and stingrays, and coastal caves. The full SSI course catalogue is available from Try Dive through Divemaster, with specialties including Extended Range technical diving, Nitrox, Wreck, Night Diver, Search and Recovery, and nine further SSI programmes. Dolphin-watching excursions, pirate cave adventures, and bioluminescent night dives run alongside the core dive programme.

Guided dive pricing follows a 12-step package ladder from 50 EUR for a single dive (own gear) to 34 EUR per dive at the 12-dive level. Early booking discounts apply to most courses booked at least four weeks in advance before 1 June. Equipment is rented by individual item. The team works in German, English, Spanish, and French.
