Relaxing no current stroll, top site with amazing canyons and gorgonias
After the current heavy first dive, enjoyed a relaxing zero current stroll in the narrow canyon followed by flying between the rock fingers inside the damselfish and anthias fish soup. End of May and water warming up - while computer still marks 15 at the bottom, most of the dive was 16-17 degrees. From the anchor we took the first really narrow canyon towards the east, both walls covered by healthy red gorgonians really. Perhaps the best part was at deeper 25-30m from where the landscape started to change to more flat and rocky/sandy. We took our time to go through the canyon and same on southern side, which was more bare rock but the quantity of the fish made up for it. Visibility was not great but you could just see the next of the four "fingers" in the south. Could not but relax, leave the camera hanging and think the perfectness of the moment, yet as one always desires for more - could not stop observing into the blue and towards surface to wait that pez luna to arrive. Not today, yet still so perfect. We spent the rest of the dive just circling the top parts near the anchor, shooting some macro; the so abundant pink flatworms and some amazing coral naranja. Great dive.
