About Dive Deep Blue by ABC Diving
Dive Deep Blue by ABC Diving started small. Founded in 2020 as ABC Diving, owner Marcus Kitching-Howe describes it as one of the smallest dive centre operations on the island at the time. It grew fast, and after acquiring the long-established Dive Deep Blue, the combined centre now runs from one of the largest dive premises in Malta, based at The Boathouse on Turtle Bay in St Paul's Bay.
The team, Marcus among them alongside Liz, John, Anna and Sophie, runs the full PADI ladder from Discover Scuba through Divemaster, plus specialties in night diving, deep diving, wreck diving and underwater photography. A fixed collection zone around St Paul's Bay gets divers to the shop and back without needing their own transport, and the base itself has a classroom, a pool for confined-water sessions, and a cafe upstairs. Boat and shore trips cover Anchor Bay, Cirkewwa, Ghar Lapsi, and the Malta wreck circuit at HMS Maori, P29, Rozi, Tug 2 and Um El Faroud, with Comino and Gozo add-ons available.
